EAGLE — Kick off the Father's Day weekend Saturday, June 18 at Habitat for Humanity ReStore's Cars & Coffee event. This free, family-friendly event is planned from 9 a.m. To noon at the Habitat ReStore, located at 751 Chambers Avenue in Eagle. 'We are expecting various makes and models of exotics, muscle cars, and hot rods,' said Craig Colby, ReStore Director.
'These vehicles are the pride and joy of local automobile enthusiasts, and this event will provide an opportunity for these individuals to display their cars and to meet other car enthusiasts.' Coffee, donuts, and hot dogs will be available to the public, and select items for sale at the Habitat ReStore will be available for 50 percent off their original prices. The ReStore is a fund-raising division of Habitat for Humanity Vail Valley and exists to support its mission to provide decent, affordable housing to hardworking, local families. The ReStore accepts donations of new and gently used furniture, appliances, building materials and household goods from individuals and businesses in the community and sells those items to the public at substantially reduced prices.
Proceeds from sales at the ReStore build Habitat for Humanity homes in Eagle County. For more information, go to or call 970-328-1119.
